The service was horrible when the waiter didnt check on us I ask for water 3 times before she brought it to the table. Louisville Kentucky. Bad serviceFYI- We were guest from outta State as well and sit in the bar area the waiter never once said who she was so waited while she ran around to other tables when she finally got to us it was 6:05pm we asked about the 6pm special she says my phone say it's after 6pm and we had been sitting there for about 15 minute before she even greeted us I understand it was busy but at least acknowledge your guest. I was very upset and tired we ended up ordering the food and ask for to go containers as we were not happy with the service but when she return with the bill we paid it and left very unhappy we will not patronize that location again. Love the steaks. I don't know if it was server's chef's mistake. I wanted a medium steak, but got medium well. My husband wanted medium well steak, he got medium. We were hungry and not usually complaining people. We just let it go.

Very much like Texas Roadhouse including the peanuts and bread. The prices are reasonable and the food was good. A very nice waiter. I had the 6oz sirloin with baked potato. It comes with two sides, so I was surprised that there was a $1 upcharge for the salad. All the food was good and well plated. I forget pictures.

Food was all wrong waitress sat down food and walked away didnt wait to see if our steaks was right only thing that was good was our drinks and still paid full price

Ask for no straw in your drink. Our soft drinks came to the table with straws already in them. I didn't give it much thought until, I was watching a different server make drinks. The unwrapped straws are kept in a cup. They grab them out by the tip where you drink from, and place them in your glass bear hands.The food wasn't good. Very dry and bland my baked potatoes overcooked. We did leave full but won't return

Had a horrible experience at this location today. Been there many times and this was the first poor experience. My son and I stopped by for burgers around 6:30pm. My burger was undercooked and a red hair was sticking out of the meat.My son opened his place setting to find utinsels covered with the previous user's leftover food.Men's bathroom had a large puddle of urine on the floor around both urinals. My son couldn't step close enough to use either of them.Notified the waiter and he took care of the place setting but nothing else. No manager stopped by to apologize.Total bill was $32.00 for two burgers and a side of fries. Feels like a ripoff. Hope things improve or this location will go under.

I ordered the Original Roadies, which is always a great lunch choice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Nicely well lit. Very clean. Usual menu items for this type establishment. My steak was cooked as I ordered it and my server was efficient.

Logans is a close comparison to Texas Roadhouse. Texas Roadhouse is slightly more affordable but the Onion brewski steak here is delicious. Service was nice and quick, and you can enjoy as many peanuts till your hearts content.

Good steak and broccoli. Exactly what you'd expect from a Logan's.

Let me start by saying that food was great and the service was ok. Reason for the 3 star is the oil stuck on thier tables and chairs. My shirt literally would stick to the chair everytime it touch it. Me being in construction know that oil residue is on the furniture due to bad HVAC design. The kitchen is not on a negative pressure and thus oil from frying and cooking is traveling from kitchen to dinning area and settling on tables and chairs. You probably see this alot in hibatchi grille type of restaurants. Anyway, I also did not get my appetizer as it was forgotten when the main dish arrived and we had to cancel it. Appetizers should always arrive before main dish not after. I will give the place another shot in the future and hopefully it is a better experience. For now I am sticking with 3 stars.

We were visiting from out of town and had a late lunch which was great on availability and service. Recommended....yet be careful of the Peanut allergy if you have one because Peanuts are served at almost every table setting.

Steak was good and exactly to order. Server was very nice and helpful. Good meal.

Their salmon is always the absolute best! Stephanie did a wonderful job and we are looking forward to coming back soon! Hope we get the same waitress!

Service was good, but was never asked if I liked the food. I did not. The ribs were dried out and the steak had a really weird texture like it had been frozen before... The roasted peanuts were stale and the shells soft and rubbery. On the other hand, the rolls were delicious as was the broccoli, but they failed badly at the few things they should be great at considering they call themselves a Roadhouse.. sorry. We went late and the staff wasn't mad we were there. Great food and service. Definitely get the porterhouse because it's amazing.

Lots of space social distancing enforced . Food.was okay.they however do not serve breakfast food or coffee. It's like abar& grill.

The food is always well prepared and the service friendly. The most awesome thing right now is the drink special pictured. I am a certified bartender and when I say it hits "every part" of your pallet....Yasssss!!!

A little noisy and sometimes even hard to hear. Enjoyed a sirloin steak and broccoli. A good meal for the money. The peanuts are a good snack and the rolls. Check them out sometime soon..

I'm a carnivore, I eat steak everyday. I ordered the Ribeye steak rare with no sides and no seasoning other than salt. They didn't lower the price to reflect the absence of sides. The steak was medium-rare and (despite their denial) covered in vegetable oil. They did manage to get the drinks right but water without ice is kinda hard to screwup. If you're a carnivore like me you'll do better somewhere else, that's where I'm going next time.

We were seated quickly. Had to wait a minute to get drinks but other than that the service was stellar. The bacon on a stick was great. Food was delivered pretty fast and it was good. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us routinely. Glass was never empty.

Great service, my server was very friendly and quick. Food was excellent flavor, portion size and reasonably priced. Ambiance is simple and laid back, great for watching sports. Big menu with something for everyone. Overall I enjoyed it. It is a bit out of my way, but if ever in the area I will be back. These are great steakhouses that don't cost an arm and a leg.

The steak is great as is everything else that we've tried thus far, friendly staff and usually not long to wait even in peak hours.

The initial feel is it's a genuine place. Food is simply amazing and freshly made, fries, buns all. Country music in the background, relaxed atmosphere.... just what you need after a hard long day.... besides stakes and grilled salmon lemon herb chicken is a must....

We were so happy to learn this Logan's location is open, we had heard that all of them had closed nationwide. Enjoyed our meal as always, great food at a really reasonable price. Our server was great - friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about all things Logan's! We will be back!

Good experience for a chain. The broccoli was a little too mushy for you taste, and the mac and cheese could have been better, but over all a decent meal. Good side options for vegetarians.

Just recently discovered that one of my favorite restaurants was open for business.My neighbor and I placed order and in a matter of 20 minutes our food was brought to my car. Both of our orders were perfect and the food was delicious. All involved with our orders were very cordial and kind. If you want good food and service support this location. Plate of enormous nachos, 3 total chili beams and 7 slices of Jalepeno with Shredded cheese melted over it, not a 10 buck item

Quite occupied upon our arrival at dinner time. Free peanuts available while waiting, but quite salty, to be honest. Reservation has to be 24 hrs in advance, which didn't apply in our case when we tried to make a reservation. The steak I had was a bit more than medium, and so was my colleague's fillet mignon that shall have been medium rare but came a bit like medium. We didn't complain since it's a dinner with customers.

We had an amazing Christmas Eve supper, Stephanie was our waitress she was super great. Food was delicious.

It was good, service was good as well. I wish I'd had known how good those smoked wings were but I know for my next visit. The only complaint was my husband got those wings and they had pieces of broken bones and that can be dangerous. Other than that, great visit.
